Location: 361 Reno Street, Rochester PA (at somebody's home, not our warehouse)

Bidding Ends on Thursday, June 17th

3 Lots will Close each minute beginning at 6:00 pm.  Bids placed within 3 minutes of an item ending will reset the countdown timer. (soft close)

In-Person Preview:  Tuesday, June 15th between 5 pm and 6 pm.

Pick Up will be on Saturday, June 19th, between 10 am and 2 pm.

Can't make the pick up? Transport to our warehouse is available for most items - fees will apply. Higher fees for furniture and fragile items requiring wrapping.

Note: That everything is sold as-is and we are not really testing or thoroughly inspecting items, it's more just take a few photos and on to catalog the next item.

Amended Note:  We had initially made a note about it being a "pet-friendly" home with some mild odor attached. At the preview, the general  concensus was that the odor was not necessarily offensive but possibly more of a musty note that has been masked with other fragrances like potpourri and scented candles.

Note: We manually approve all new bidders before they can begin bidding.  Expect a delay between registration and your ability to bid.

We will often give you a call to welcome you and go over the process before approval.  Please do not wait until the last minute to register, we may not be able to approve you in time to bid.  Additional note: if your home address is beyond an hour or two from our location, please give us a call to get your account approved.  We normally do not ship, but we are offering shipping for another upcoming auction, so we may just assume that you are intending to bid in that auction and not this one.  (724) 704-0448
