BIDDING ENDS:  Thursday, January 14th.  First 3 lots close at 6 pm, then 3 lots each minute after. Bids placed with less then 3 minutes left extends remaining time.

You will need to move items down the length of the driveway for removal.  Bring ample help, bring dollies and hand trucks for large items. Do not park in driveway, there is lots of room out on the street (end of a cul-de-sac) for loading bulky items. 

We are willing to transport some items back to our Rochester, PA warehouse for additional fees.  Pick ups for items moved back to Rochester will be on Saturday, January 23rd. 

Costs to transport an item back are listed on the details of each lot, if no price is listed, then the cost is $5.00 per lot.  Almost all smalls will have a $5.00 fee, furniture has increased costs.  Please pay cash at pick up for transportation fees, it will not be added into your invoice.
