3 items will end each minute beginning at 6 pm, bids placed with less than 3 minutes remaining extends time. (soft close)

LOCATION:  2089 Menold Drive, Allison Park, PA  (not Menold Ct., which is a block over)

PREVIEW BEFORE BIDDING:  Tuesday, October 27th between 4 pm and 6 pm (masks are required, we may limit number of people in any given area at 1 time)

PICK UP:   

MASKS ARE REQUIRED

• Friday, October 30th (by appointment only between Noon and 4 pm)
• Saturday, October 31st (by appointment only between 10 am until 4 pm)
• Sunday, November 1st (open pick ups - no appointment needed between 10 am and 2 pm)

If you can not make this pick up event, we are willing to transport some items back to our Rochester, PA warehouse for ADDITIONAL FEES.

Most Single Items, Boxed Lots, Trays, or things that can easily be carried by 1 person will cost $5 per lot to transport back.  No multi-item discounts.

Please inquire before bidding for costs to transport furniture and bulky items, the fees will be much higher on those items.
