In this online only auction, we are selling items to liquidate an estate.  This is a small auction of mostly furniture, as we have elected to move all of the smaller items back to our facility and they will be sold in an upcoming auction. 

One of the reasons that we chose to do it this way is that parking is very limited.  Located in Condo-type facility on a dead-end street.  If bringing a trailer to pick up your items, you will need to be able to back up in reverse about a 1/2 block in a fairly tight environment.

• Bidding Registration: We manually approve all new bidders, which may result in a delay, possibly a few hours, between registration and your ability to place bids, especially for registrations made overnight or on weekends.

• Note about Yahoo / AOL Email Addresses: Please be aware that if you use a @yahoo.com or @AOL email address, you won't receive our outbid notifications and invoices. Yahoo doesn't even send these to your spam folder; they simply do not deliver them.  AOL usually sends into your Spam folder. Emails about upcoming auctions come from a different server and usually arrive as expected.

• Registration Confirmation: On occasion, we may reach out with a phone call before final approval. If you're registering with an address that's more than a 1-2 hour drive away, please call us to confirm your ability to pick up items.

• Bidding Schedule:

  • Bidding opens on Sunday, October 22nd.
  • Preview: by appointment, call / text for availability - will be very limited opportunity due to a short term house guest.
  • Bidding ends on Thursday, October 26th
    
    • The first 3 lots will start closing at 6 pm, with 3 lots closing each minute afterward.
    • Bids placed within 3 minutes of an item's end time will extend the countdown by an additional 3 minutes

• Pickup Details:
  • Pick Ups will be APPOINTMENT ONLY on Sunday, October 29th.  Times will be staggered between appointments between the hours of 11 am and 4 pm.  Please do not bid if you do not have flexibility on this day.  There simply is not enough parking to have more than 1 scheduled pick up at any time. 
  • Please call or text on Friday morning to 724.704.0448 to schedule a time.  We are not using the SignUp genius website to schedule times on this auction, just reach out.
  • Alternate pick up days may be available on Friday morning and Saturday afternoon too.  

• Item Condition:
  • Everything is sold "As-Is." We do not authenticate or guarantee any item. Typically, we lay items out on a table and take a few photos for reference. We do not extensively inspect for damage or missing parts. If an item is listed as "tested ok," it means it passed basic functionality tests but not full testing. Otherwise, assume items have not been tested.

• Fees and Taxes:

  • There is a 5% Buyer's Premium fee added to all bills paid with a credit card, this fee is WAIVED FOR CASH payments.
  • 7% Sales Tax applies where applicable.
  • Checks are accepted only from known and frequent bidders.

• Shipping: Please note that we do not offer shipping; items are for local pickup only.
