First 3 lots will close at 6 pm, then 3 lots each minute after. Bids placed within 3 minutes of lot closing extends remaining time.

Come out to the house and look at the items (preview) before bidding on Tuesday, October 25th, between 4 pm and 6 pm.

Everything Sold As-Is.  We do not authenticate or guarantee any item.  Mostly we just lay items out on a table and take a few survey photographs, we are not really inspecting and definitely not expressively looking for damage or missing parts.  If something says "tested ok", that just means it passed the quickest of tests and performed it's most basic function, not tested for full functionality, otherwise assume not tested.

Open Pick Ups (no appointment required) are on Saturday, October 29th between 10 am and 1 pm.  No other days available at the home for pick ups.

Reach out if you want to bid but can't make the pick ups, alternate pick ups at our warehouse in Rochester are available for most smaller items. $5 per lot transfer fee for small boxed lots that are easy to move (1 trip out to the van), larger items are MUCH more expensive - contact before bidding.  We expect prompt pick up by appointment during that following week.

All items are in the barn, easy load out. Field / Gravel Parking.

5% Buyer's Premium - WAIVED FOR CASH.  6% Sales Tax where applicable.

We manually approve all new bidders - expect a delay between registration and your ability to bid.
